World Of Warcraft Power Leveling – What Is It?
World Of Warcraft is a hugely popular Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG), produced by Blizzard Entertainment. There may be as many as 10 million subscribers worldwide. Players control a game character (avatar) and choose to play as a member of one of two factions – Alliance or Horde. There are different races within each faction. The Alliance consists of Humans, Night Elves, Dwarfs, Gnomes and Draenai, whilst the Horde currently consists of Orcs, Tauren, Undead, Trolls and Blood Elves. Each player also chooses a class for their character, such as Warrior, Shaman, Mage, Warlock and more. Characters can be further developed as they progress through the game by choosing a profession, aquiring items, weapons, armor and developing skills. Each player will have a Level rating, starting at 1 (new player) and rising to 70 (Legend). The Level rating is determined by each player’s accrued attributes (skills, reputation, items, etc). The immersive gameplay, vast playing universe, character interaction and monthly subscription fee all lead to the World Of Warcraft having a huge devoted following. As such, character development is taken very seriously and players with a high Level rating can be in great demand to join up with other players to form war bands, questing groups and even full-blown armies. Improving your character’s Level rating can take some time. Players will need to perform game quests, explore the game’s vast universe and enter combat. There is plenty of assistance available to help players improve their character’s Level rating. A simple google of “WOW Power Leveling” will produce page upon page of Guides, Leveling Services and related Blogs. Guides come in all shapes and sizes. Some are produced for free and some are very comprehensive and charge a small fee. Some are specific to one faction or another, whilst others cover both factions (Alliance and Horde). Level Services are provided by professional businesses, employing, or formed by, professional World Of Warcraft games players. A fee is charged, based on the amount of Level improvement required and timescale requested. The service provider will then use the player’s game account information and literally play the game for the player 24/7, until the required Level is achieved. Being a professional service, this is much more expensive than just purchasing a Leveling guide and is one for the more affluent (or impatient) player.
